Our food philosophy is very simple:
Our chef’s source the freshest, wherever possible, local & seasonal produce.
They prepare it in a way to enhance the natural flavour and preserve optimal nutritional value.
The menus are changed seasonally and function menus may vary due to availability of produce.
All our meals are cooked after you order so in busy times there may be short delays. We do apologise for this.
Our chef’s are happy to accommodate specific dietary needs and a great selection of vegetarian, gluten free and low fat dishes are available year round.
